📦 LumiGleam Return Policy

At LumiGleam, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we gladly offer returns under the terms below.

🔁 Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items returned without prior communication

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

📬 Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received safely.
